To set up the Instagram feed on the bottom of the home page, first you need to sign up to Elfsight to use their Instagram Feed widget (click here).
Elfsight is free to use and paid plans start from as little as $5 USD/month and gives you access to not only an Instagram feed but over 40 other widgets on your website. It's very useful.
Head over to Theme Settings > Home Page and scroll down to the Instagram section and paste the Elfsight APP ID into the textbox and then press publish.
