Make sure “Yes, automatically resize my logo for me if required” is unchecked
The recommended logo size for this theme is 250px by 32px
Design > Mobile
Make sure “Yes enable the mobile theme” is unchecked. This will force the theme into responsive mode instead of using the BigCommerce theme.
