Prepaid support blocks are available for agreed website updates, troubleshooting and development without a monthly support plan.
Blocks of 3, 5 or 10 hours are available at $160 per hour including GST, compared with our standard $180 hourly rate. We confirm the tasks and scheduling before you purchase a block.
Using your hours
Pay in advance, then send requests by email or support ticket. Investigation, implementation and testing count towards the hours used. Damien agrees priorities and provides a summary of completed work and time remaining. Additional work and cost are agreed before proceeding.
Validity and maintenance
Prepaid hours are valid for 36 months from purchase. Unused hours expire after that period, and blocks do not renew automatically. They do not automatically include regular WordPress updates, security monitoring or backups. WordPress Website Care is a separate service and can be used alongside prepaid hours.
Blocks are not refundable for a change of mind. This does not affect any refund or other remedy you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. Package terms are confirmed before payment.
